Complex with some spice. A big tannin leathery finish. Agree with others that it@changes over time. chocolate notes come out.

Enjoyed overlooking Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge! Heavy vanilla notes up front but mellows in finish. Overall smooth but not as balanced as some better cabernets
