Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d'Alba Nebbiolo

Last of four bottles. This was the best one. Others felt a bit closed down.

On the feminine side. Not a ton going on but works fine as a Monday night PnP with pasta.

Brillante color rojo rubí con reflejos anaranjados, suave aroma a rosas, violetas, frutas maduras y especias, en boca es suave y elegante, sobrio, fácil de disfrutar incluso para largas crianzas, con taninos delicados. Y ahora yo: Para mi ha sido una buena experiencia ya que calidad precio no merece la pena y está bien conocer otros vinos del mundo. Clarificado, tiene poco cuerpo, un clarete diría. Ciruela, fruta madura poco tabaco. Entre 42€ y 48€ lo he visto, si lo quieres probar en Costco a 30€, pero yo no me los volvería a gastar.

Great Barolo. Soft tannins and well balanced acidity. Went well with seared garlic lemon chicken.

Amazing with a Bolognese sauce. Dark cherry. Mild tannins.

Phase two of wine tasting/indoor golf. Earth and dirt 😀. As it warmed up the dark fruits emerged and it really came around.

Lite body & slightly dry. Mocha, espresso, blackberry jam. Intense and long. Great all around summer red.
