A little past it's best but having a very graceful decline. Cherry light with quite a broad clear skirt; well integrated nose - dense, slightly jammy, but not stewed; very drinkable. Not bad for a bottle I bought blind at auction for a fiver!

Nice purple color. Low acid, very sweet and sugary, longer finish. Medium plus body. A bit hot. Some intense smell that I can’t quite peg, but I feel like it’s too sugary. Sweet cherry flavor maybe.
