Not that much taste for the price

So....new years eve eve was doing my regular weekly trip to the vino shop where to my delight they were holding a small wine sampling. Well I sampled this guy. Showed very well in the store and prompted the wife to request a bottle. As I try to be a real mensche I grabbed one. Later in the evening we popped it and poured... yeast peaches to the nose. Nice bubbles..peach pear granite and limestone to the palate. Med finish. So
...showed better in the store but really... rather refreshing and quite enjoyable.

Light, not terribly complex, easy drinking, notes of white peach

Tasted 7/27/17 at Total Wine Tasting. Tasting pour.

Light nose of green apple and citrus. Solid fruit, with apple and citrus. Well balanced acidity, with a short to medium finish. Not terribly complex, but a nice everyday sparkler.

2/21/8/4/2 + 50 = 87 pts.

Stone fruit on the nose. Apple, stone fruit, and minerality on the palate.

Nothing special at all. Not offensive but nothing interesting at all either. Wouldn't buy again.

Easy to drink, not to sweet, just perfect!

Super dry offset by a bit of sweet apple. A fine prosecco to help us ring in the new year.

Smooth

Good start to Christmas Day.
