All of this echoed in layers on the medium-full-bodied palate with medium acidity and a long, spiced apple finish. Not your grandmother’s PG. There’s some real substance and complexity here making this a great upscaling of everyone’s go-to white. Pasta with Alfredo sauce? Roasted chicken? Special occasion? A beautiful supple bouquet of honeysuckle lemon aromatic pleasure. A hint of sweetness adds complexity to this nectar of a pinot grigio. Soft flower petals that are not overpowering on this delicate pleaser. Great spring afternoon delight!

Fruit melon peach, nicely balance acidity, strong color, really nice complexity to it that I can’t quite put finger on flavor. Not as crisp as some others as it has a bit more body to it in the after taste. 2019 vintage.
