Sipping Fine Wine

Clear pale yellow. Slight fruity/floral nose. Palate shows apple, pears and tart peaches overly acidic, crisp with mineral notes. Good length. Needs food to enjoy.

Crisp and light, nice balanced taste, just the right amount of fruit. Really clean finish.

Light and refreshing. I opened this up to use in a cream-based chicken recipe and ended up drinking the rest of the bottle. A bouquet of grapefruit, lemon peel, and sourdough toast made for a arousing first impression. A bit tart and dry at first sip with citrus, apple, a little bit of herb, and then a tart lemonade finish that turns to licorice after a minute or so. Sweeter the second and ongoing sips. Very fun for a light-ish wine.

Light and refreshing with pear notes. Dry with a clean finish. This would pair nicely with fish or fruit and light cheese.
