Gorgeous! So much nerve and tension! Taut, edgy, incredibly fine tannin and mineral core to this wine. Framed by rose and peony flowers, beneath is tar, burnt earth, amaro herbs and spices. Seriously good, seriously young but who cares. Always love the chance to try Roberto’s wines so I was pumped to have a crack at his cousin’s project
