Clean, precise, shows focus without sacrificing fruit or aroma. So transparent. Saline, wet stones, citrus, aloe, white peach, orchard blossoms. Several hours really helped unravel it and letting its delicate perfume evolve. Brilliant winemaking, so pleasurable but the acid and tension should bring years of life.

Holy acidity! Bright, fresh, tons of citrus & pretty white flowers. Perfect with shrimp salad 😊

Slightly reductive to start, then opens up to an incredible aroma of seaside citrus and tart tropical fruit. Palate is just-ripe pineapple, lemon, lime, and lime pith. At the core it is salty, rocky and acid. But also a faint perception of sweetness tempering the bitter note through the long finish.

Saline, delicious and unmistakably Albariño, but with a satiny, crystalline texture that’s riesling-esque. Remarkable wine of terroir. Needs a lengthy decant now, but will be better in 5-10 years when the acids integrate.

Quite the wine to pair with #Chicago hot dogs and potato chips, but even better to see our Cubs win the World Series!

Single vineyard Albariño aged a year in foudre, organically grown and vinified. Plenty of structure, fresh stone fruit and granite minerality on the lingering finish. Spanish wine for Francophiles.
