Straw gold color. Faint aromas of pear, white flowers and white peach. More “citrusy” on the pallet with a bit of mineral. A touch of salted caramel on the very bitter finish. Bright acidity but also very astringent. Average at best.

Pear 🍐, initally thought...cider, peach 🍑 , hints of citrus fruit, refreshingly dry, some honey / toffee in the finish 🍯, reviews said to drink ice cold... don’t listen... serve fridge cold and then savour the changes as it warms
