Medium body and nice clear straw coloring. The nose is full of cilantro, fresh rose petals, ginger, and lemon-grass. Pineapple and key lime fruit with a long finish. Smooth feel in the mouth. It held up really well with spicy sushi. Upon opening the bottle, immediately fragrant and approachable. This is a nice white that pairs well with Thai and Japanese cuisine but gives you a distinctive taste. It's great to see a local vineyard put out a great spin on this Gerwurztraminer. Cheers!
