Vintage 2015 | Tasted next to the basic vin de France Pinot Noir. Just as transparant 1/4, but way more depth. Minerality and flint in smell, hint of raspberry, lovely true to type pinot expression in smell. More depth in taste, elegance and fine acidity. Paired with vegetable macedoine and a meatball.

May 16th, 2021Vintage 2018 | Wine from Joigny. That gives my wife and me a special feeling, because it was the first time we were in a three star Michelin restaurant. Fine memories. The chef of als Côte St Jacques was friendly and modest in the restaurant with guests, when he passed the glass door to the kitchen he became a general like Napoleon himself, shouting instructions.
