Light lemon yellow in the glass… stone fruit, almonds, yeasty brioche are initial impressions, then the blast of zippy acid, and the long apple, pear on biscuit finish. Very elegant… very approachable… very good. Perfect with baked Brie and strawberry from Granor Farms, MI.

Drinking young with lots of stone fruit and white flower notes on the attack which then shift to a honey & nutty flavor profile on the palate and finish. Silky texture and a real pleasure!
