Rich and quite yeasty, an expressive, grippy chenin from a fantastic producer. Killer value at €11. Yellow fruit, citrus and herbs, rigid acidity. Almost too much on its own, needs some chicken in a cream sauce. A couple of years of softening will do it some good.
