Savory treat!

Such a beautiful nose - spice, rose petals, red cherries, and minerals. Unsurprisingly the palate is super young, but goddamn this is good. Quintessential Burgundy: power and elegance, palate staining with great length but no weight. Lovely wine, and convinces me of Hudelot Noellat as a great producer. This is the dragon that we chase in Burgundy.

1998-better than expected. All the charm and elegance still in evidence, with balance, grace, not too acidic. Accompanied by the perfect meal.

2012 Hudelot Noellat at the Skurnik Holiday party. Great stuff. So happy to now represent this producer.
