2018 was a troublesome vintage and a test for being a good producer. This is how I found Hudelot-Noëllat. The new vintage is different, especially in terms of acidity and volume. Beautiful bouquet: cherry, milk chocolate and wet leaves. Fresh, juicy, well-balanced, round, elegant, but still too young.
