The fruit is somewhat discreet on the nose. Tart cherry, blood, smoke, meat. The palate is fruitier than the nose. A striking acidity, some red berries, sharp tannins, long finish with an elegant raspberry note that remains there for a while. It needs some time and/or air. More contemplative and intellectual than pleasure driven right now.

Bright red fruit, light body with pretty punchy acid. Small hint of forest floor and light spice but needs more time to develop. Medium finish. Textbook low budget Burgundy.
