Very nice premier cru chablis. Nothing especially pokes out - this is more like a textbook chablis that is just amped to another level. Great mouthfeel, stony acid finish, length, precision.

Very complex Chablis. Wonderful melange of flavors. Mineral, vegetative with a hint of lobster shell. Excellent acidity. Great "food wine". 2012 Vintage

This 2011 needs a few more years under its belt. Tight but still yummy. Typical Beauroy styling on the nose and palate.
