Call it Viognier. You can taste elements of lemon, honey, green apple, floral bouquet, and an underlying minerality of perhaps slate or limestone. Viscosity is much higher than most wines with similar flavors.

Very light and capable of pairing with multiple foods. Enjoyed with salmon, black rice noodles, and a flavorful chicken meal. I didn’t taste the citrus as much as other seem to. Stone fruit and florals stood out much more.
