When life gives you lemons, punch life right in the face and take even more lemons from it, run away into the night and then ferment those lemons into a wine. Sell it on the black market. Call it Viognier. You can taste elements of lemon, honey, green apple, floral bouquet, and an underlying minerality of perhaps slate or limestone. Viscosity is much higher than most wines with similar flavors.
