A rich and creamy bodied Chardonnay, this wine has just a splash of butter, a tinge of lemon zest, apricot flavors, and a sort of NZ-style grassiness. The lingering pear-toned finish leaves a tingle on the tongue. A superlative food wine, we paired it perfectly with turkey bacon-wrapped chicken saltimbocca with garlic-sage spinach and tomatoes! Delicious!
