Marechal Foch

So delicious! Bigger and bolder than a Oregon Pinot Noir but not quite as rich as a Cab Sauv. Truly delicious and would be great for drinking by the fire on a cold winter night!

You'll never see this grape anywhere. Tastes like a Pinot/Cab hybrid.

Marechal Foch...that's right! Think plums & cocoa nibs, or Merlot playing hide & go seek in brambly wild places instead of offering leather & libraries. Think anything you want, but until you taste Airlie's version, you can't know what it means....
