Vintage 2016 | This is a 100% macabeu cava, 40% of the basic wine is fermented in new wood, and gets 8 months ripening on wood. Second fermentation in bottle, at least 30 months sur lattes. Excellent balance, beautiful vanilla in smell, great effort!
