Good tasting cava, but had honestly lost some vitality. Some wood to start wanders off w air but leaves little character. Lots o carbonation.

I was expecting some oxidative aromas (the amber-colored glass led me to think this was more aged than it is), but this beauty is light, bright and fresh. Lemon and brioche nose, with tiny bubbles, and a deftly-crafted palate of lemon/lime, green apple, wet stone, and a lovely, delicate and long finish. A terrific Cava.
