Bulgarelli Toscana Rosso Sangiovese

A stinky funky Sangiovese that is very good by itself. Schubie’s 2nd favorite Sangiovese from BP. Upon revisiting, we have found better.

Sangiovese gravitas! Honest expression, elicit deliciousness! Tangible.

柔かな甘さ。アルコール度数13%と少し控えめなアルコール度数と関係あるのかな。
とは言え、自然派ワインにありがちな微発泡もないし、クリーン。
この甘さと、チャーミングな酸のバランスが良い。
タンニンやミネラルは控えめだが、その分、柔らかでスルスル飲めるのが持ち味。
