This Spanish Granacha Syrah blend is drinking so easily now. Well-balanced, but simple and drinks like a juice.
Good right out of the bottle. Easy drinking and good for parties. Inexpensive with a Screw cap, which makes it easier. At 6 bucks, you can't beat that.
I paired it with three different Spanish cheeses (Manchego, Iberico and Cabra Al Vino), crackers and the sunset. I had it last year, and I think this time it's better, or maybe it's just the company. Anyway, the bottle finished too quickly...

Oct 9th, 2017An unexpected treat at an unexpected price from an unexpected place. Seriously, this was a perfect bottle of wine from a prime rib supper at a roadhouse in the middle of nowhere West Sonoma County.

Medium bodied and smooth, with medium acidity and light legs.
Extremely fruity on the palate, yet dry, with sweet raspberries, cherries, strawbery jam, black plums, rose petals, earth, red candy, spices, wet rocks and black pepper.
Medium finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
What a nice Spanish red. Simple, balanced and fresh. Has a lot of fruits with nice acidity to balance it out. Best to drink it while still fresh, not one for aging. Good right out of the bottle. Enjoyable by itself and drinks like a juice, so watch out...
This is a nice surprise from Trader Joe's. Great price for a good everyday red wine.
A good party wine, and it's a twist off, so you can take it anywhere.
