Pet nat. Nose and appearance of strawberry lemonade. Lemon balm. Limestone and grapefruit rind on the palate. A pleasant bit acetic, balanced by bitter tannins on the finish. Lots of sediment.

Sep 1st, 2020So far I have not had an Agnès & René Mosse wine I didn't like. This is their Pét-Nat. Touch of acetic acid and funky. Dry, lots of grapefruit, and light carbonation. Drinks like a Belgium lambic.

Aug 2nd, 2020Incredible and what good value. This almost drinks like a cider or a very dry sour beer. Great acid and incredibly food friendly. Paired this with Hawaiian style garlic shrimp and it was perfect. I would keep a bottle of this on hand at all times because it is that unique and great.
