Nov 7th, 2025While a year older than the 2022, this is less ripe (12.5% bs. 13% for the 2022) and this shows more crisp and also more spicy, long finish, really a classic Alsatian Pinot Blanc for me!!

May 2nd, 2025Spice, mineral, starting to take on some roundness, but retains its great balancing acidity, I have a long-term fondness for Alsatian Pinot Blanc, this has definitely improved since last bottle I opened, very hood!
