Parad' Aux Alsace Pinot Blanc

Clean, crispy, spicy, very good acidity, medium-bodied, medium-long finish, very good Alsatian Pinot Blanc!

Spice, mineral, starting to take on some roundness, but retains its great balancing acidity, I have a long-term fondness for Alsatian Pinot Blanc, this has definitely improved since last bottle I opened, very hood!

Clean, crisp, faint R.S., balanced, easy drinker, mineral notes show out, just a lovely mid-weight Alsatian!!
