Fun bottle! Had tonight with a hunters stew and spaetzle for a German meal. Fruit forward- strawberries, cherries and raspberry. Hint of grass and cedar with a very light tannic finish. Was definitely sweeter than what we usually drink- but paired well and we enjoyed it. I would drink this one again.

Jan 20th, 2024Color is light like bloody grapefruit, clear. Nose of wet mushroom, fresh cranberry, some ripe tropical fruits, a bit Sprite, some more wet mushroom, and alchemy strength lingering behind. Taste is quite sweet, with some zesty grapefruit, sweet tangerine, close to no complexity, and some more rind zest. Aftertaste is quite short, with a bit spice and zest showing up in addition to sweetness. Not my dish.
