Adriano Adami
Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Prosecco
Very pale lemon color with aromas and flavors of ripe yellow apple, pear, lemon, peach, yellow plum, hay, and white pepper, anda great impression of ripe fruit. The finish is very long and harmonious, with great finesse and balance among the fruit and floral notes

May 10th, 2020Pale lemon with medium intensity with aromas of stone fruits and citrus with a fine creamy mousse with gentle bubble flow. On the palate this off-dry medium body Prosecco shows flavors of lemon, lime, grapefruit, apple and peach flavors. Nice mouthfeel, medium length finish ending with fruit. Ok to drink now, no aging benefit. Tasting Sample.

Sep 20th, 2017Retasting this wine. Honey and yellow apples on the nose. On the palette, pear and more fresh yellow apples. Dry finish. Not super crisp, although I've had this bottle for a few months. It's lost a little vibrancy. 9 mos ago, I gave it an 8.8. 11% ABV. For a little more complexity (in terms of more sweet bread on the nose), see their red label prosecco.
