2016v. Very pale gold with tons of bubbles in a flute. I also poured a little in a stemless glass to examine the aromas: green apple, light bit of white flowers. On the palette, it's crisp and dry with a mouth of lots of bubbles when swished around. Adami makes some great proseccos! 11% ABV.

This prosecco is clear and pale lemon in colour.
The nose is clean and pronounced with aromas of pear, green apple, melon, peach, honeysuckle and acacia.
On the palate it is dry with high acid, low alcohol, medium body and a medium (+) intensity similar to that of the nose. It has a long finish and is very elegant.
I think this is an outstanding wine with well defined floral and fruity characters.
