Medium acidity from entry to medium long finish which continues the palate with a dusting of white pepper. A high end feel from a midrange Chardonnay thanks to Yolo County fruit handled by the master, Robert Lloyd. Rich foods like crab cakes or lobster mac and cheese are especially welcome.
