Kerem Ben Zimra Galilee Cabernet Sauvignon

Second bottle from the vintage. More mature, round dark fruit on the palate towards caramelised dried fruits. Acidity balances the sweetness.

Tobacco red currant nose and on palate. A bit of cali sweetness that I do not prefer but well integrated and nice mouthfeel. Some tartness/acid with subtle tannins.

Cabernet only.....
Good structure CS from upper Galilee area. Balanced but not overwhelming.
