Smooth red fruit and touches of vanilla with pepper.

Back when adelaida just focused on making killer wine and not trying to be a fancy pants winery. Miss those days!

Translucent garnet color and very smooth, with vanilla, pepper, and red fruit.

A nice Pinot to pair with our grilled salmon tonight.

2017 opened November 2019. Violets and red raspberries on the nose. Soft red fruit on the front. Tart tannic structure on the middle palate with a sour aftertaste at the end. Meh.

2015 opened April 2018. Tasting room director said there was a cold spell in the spring 2015 that caused half the grapes not to form ("shatter"). Concentrated for a mid-coast Pinot. Rhubarb and unripe fruit on the nose. Red raspberries on the front of the palate. Surprisingly smooth tannic structure, though. Mineral high notes. Very pleasant. Not my Pinot cup of tea, though.

Good but left me wanting more in the wine

Good wine but definitely a Paso Pinot. Bigger style and very rich and ripe. Didn't stop my from enjoying a couple glasses!
