Super easy and fresh albarino from rias baixas.
Ripe pear, lemon tart, apricot, pineaple on the nose. It's mostly yellow fruits. The palate is very acid driven, without width almost. Some pear and peachy notes, along with lemon touches deliver some fruitful joy all along, and until the very end of a rather long and very fresh finish. It's not very complex, it's fruity and zingy, and it paired extremely well with kimchi👌🏻
