Meaty (grass fed beef), pepper smell, rose too on nose, flavor is savory with meaty floral, good acid and sugar to tannin balance, really nice red color, cranberry but a lot going on

Capa y densidad media alta, en nariz potencia media, humedad, bosque, notas animales y lácticas, fruta roja . En boca entrada ligera, paso fresco , secante y con un final amargo y seco que lleva a beber más... Interesante.

Ruby red and pungently acidic. Balanced tannins, pretty dry and a little flat with the acidity. A little peppery and hints of lingonberries. I’ll have to give it a taste tomorrow to see if it’s less acidic.

Day 2: Definitely rounder now, medium bodied, but still tastes a little flat though at a slightly lower note.

Super delicious vino tinto Ross baixas. Clean Minerality not usually experienced in reds

Dry, medium bodied red. Currant, green apple, honey on the finish. Very drinkable. Would buy this bottle again.
