Vanilla, blossom and oak on the nose. Light bodied with a balance of high acid and high alcohol and a tart, short, finish. Would drink again, and it's nice with these oysters.

Orange blossom, vanilla, and peach preserves. There’s some RS here. Apricot and ginger. Finishes flat and short, lacks structure. Label suggests drinking this “really cold” ...now we know why.

Very light. Perfect on a midsummer afternoon. Lots of citrus fruits, some peachy notes, and a little oaky with maybe a touch of cardboard.
