2007. This is before they started focusing on single varietal wines around 2009 or 2010. It says 100% Mencia but there's probably a bunch of other stuff mixed in since vine rows are mostly co-planted. It's just starting to get good. It's got another 10 years in it. Very expressive, balanced, and bold. Quite Burgundian in nature.

This is the 2011. Almost Vosne like structure on this intense but not heavy wine. I would love to have this cool fruited wine with some pork chops!
