2013 vintage. Entry level from Odette Estate. Intense dark berries and (seemingly new) oak. Layers of slightly jammy black fruit, good tannic bite and nice length. Very attractive, but I feel it lacks a bit of soul.

This is a terrific, full-bodied, fruit forward Napa cab at an attractive price. There’s a real sense of polish here, which makes this very drinkable now. The alcohol contributes to a little warmth in the finish, but it’s not ‘hot’ by any means. Drink now and over the next 3-4 years.
