An earthy white wine from Lodi.

Showing limes, grapefruits, vegetables, earth, green apples, minerals, spices and herbs.

Dry on the palate with medium plus acidity.

Medium bodied, crisp and refreshing and better when properly chilled.

Good right out of the bottle and better with food. I paired it with grilled Yellowtail with herbs. Tangy and interesting.

12.5% alcohol by volume.

88 points.
