Medium acidity with very little residual sweetness. Best served only very lightly chilled to best experience the very subtle flavors present.

Great aromas of strawberry, rose petals, pomegranate and ripe melon. On the palate bright acidity and refreshing. Enjoy ripe melon and strawberry flavors with hints of herbs. I had this wine with "tostones rellenos de bacalao" (green fried plantains stuffed with cod fish). Just delicious!
