Cassis, black cherry, savory olive and spices, maybe a touch of meat. Impeccably balanced. Big fruit and ample acidity and tannin with some sweet and spicy oak notes mixed in. Nearly 10 years in, but could probably go another couple decades. Perfect foil to some NY strips.
