Vintage 2020 | Drank this after diner. Low alcohol 5,5%. Pét nat on a base of plums. So curious stuff from the Alsace. As a matter of fact it tastes like a good Gazeuse. Strange but lovely. Made by vigneron Yves Dietrich in Scherwiller.
