For me the best producer in the Mendoza valley. Beautiful property with a view on the Andes mountains. Why is Malbec so outstanding in Argentina ? Perfect maturity, violets, strawberry, raspberry, extremely fragrant, medium bodied with a long burn. Outstanding.

Sadly seems over the hill. No finish and kind of flat.

Very good Malbec, these guys make great wines. Deep violet in the glass with a nose of dark fruit, spice, vanilla, woodsmoke and liquorice. The palate is full of bitter chocolate covered cherries, blackberries and earl grey tea with some winter spice. Long finish, with some sweetness and a good balance of tannins and acidity. This is a big wine but it’s smooth and one of the best Malbec’s I’ve tasted.

Awesome Malbec from 100 year old vines in the Lujan de Cuyo region. Vibrant and ‘in your your face’ dark red cherry fruit with strong earthy mineral presence and green leafy herbal notes that was in balance with the wine and gave it interesting complexity.
