A gentle style of Barolo. Light ruby color with a garnet rim. Aromas of cherries, dried rose petals and tar. Red and black cherry fruit flavors are complimented by notes of tobacco, balsamic vinegar and basil. Kick of pepper spice on the long finish. Extremely smooth tannins. Mouth watering acidity and medium bodied. Requires some aeration to open up.
