a bit too much toasted marshmallow but still showing nice acidity.

Apple, lemon, honey, slate, hay, oak and hints butterscotch & vanilla. Great acidity and minerality.

great after an hour of air. a little showy but good fruit

Great white wine. Very light an refreshing

This puppy can age. Depth, nose, palette, the whole deal
