Réserve Mont-Redon Côtes du Rhône White Rhone Blend

Honeyed with a touch of Grapefruit bitterness on nose and palate. No further cellaring required. Fully developed. Enjoyable.

Delectable this was the Cotes du Rhone Blanc. Mid Lemon in colour. A full bodied unctuous flavoursome quaffer. Acid has diminished and is a trifle flat. Would have been a bit livelier a couple of years ago.

Skarpt, alkoholstarkt, citrus och grön frukt, äppelcider. Någorlunda till krämig torsk med pasta men ganska illa till räkor och aioli.
