Lean as all get-out especially for a white CnDP. Zingy apple and pear and wet stones.

Quality French red. won't overwhelm you, but very noteworthy

Barnyard funk on the nose with leather, oak, and dark fruit on the palate supported by a mineral background. This is a lovely CDP.

This is awful

Mer kraftigt. Lite väl till carpaccio men skulle funka bättre till varmt.

Red fruit and leather nose. Cherry cobbler, spice and minerals on the palate with oak peaking through near the finish. Moderate acid. A bit more tannin would make this really fabulous.
