Fairly golden in colour for a Sauv Blanc, subtle notes of wet stones, citrus and clay on the nose with a hint of white florals. In the mouth it’s a really approachable Sauv, hints of sea breeze, a bit of lime and some elderflower.

I enjoyed it and would drink again!
