Not completely on the Burr hype-wagon. This is my favorite of the current line.

As perfect as a cider can be....earthy, crisp & dry. A labor of love from Andy & Polly! Lucky to be able to drink this.

Had another bottle and reposting because I'm convinced I underrated it. Jesus, this is good.

Bone dry, super effervescent, nice texture on the palate. I kind of want beer to be like this.

For my taste, this is the most approachable in its youth of the Homestead Locational lineup. Terrific apple juice!
