Jan 9th, 2016The cork was almost completely soaked. The wine had a nice yellow-golden colour. It offered citrus, grapefruit, apple, young pineapple, peach, lemon effervescent powder, slate and a hint of gasoline on the nose. On the palate the medium-bodied wine showed citrus, grapefruit, green apple, some young peach, lemon effervescent powder, mineral notes and a hint of tea, paired with high sour, pungent acidity and very good length. The wine seemed disjointed as the acidity was out of balance. 87
