Very aromatic nose with lemon, grass, white flowers, and a touch chalk. The palate shows a nice acid backbone with a nice grip. Some lemon here and there and a rather long finish with lemon and a bit of chalk. Lovely

Nose: typical gooseberry and raw-food lime cake. Crispy, woody and clean. The palate is a mix of various greens + a touch of oiliness. Beautiful, elegant.
